Brenda - Founder & CEO of Caring4Care Partners Inc.

Brenda was inspired to start Caring 4 Care Partners through her deeply personal experiences as a caregiver for both her husband and only child, who were diagnosed with chronic kidney failure, also known as End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Facing these challenges revealed a significant gap in support for caregivers, motivating her to educate herself on the importance of self-care for care partners and ultimately create a program to empower them.

Brenda has collaborated with healthcare professionals to develop an evidence-based program that equips caregivers with essential tools and skills. Her work includes partnerships with respected organizations such as QSource ESRD Network 10, which operates under a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contract to regulate dialysis services in Illinois. Additionally, she has worked with the ESRD National Coordinating Center (NCC) and has been a featured presenter at the CMS Quality Conference in Baltimore.

Brenda’s dedication to advocating for caregivers has earned her recognition in The Program on Medicine and Religion at The University of Chicago and a cover story in the American Association of Kidney Patients’ RenalLife magazine. Through these roles, she has gained distinction as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in caregiving and kidney care.

To further strengthen her mission, Brenda has completed specialized training to become a certified caregiving consultant, facilitator, and educator. However, what qualifies her most for this work is her personal journey as a caregiver. Her story of resilience, love, and determination underscores her unique ability to connect with and guide other caregivers.

As the founder of Caring 4 Care Partners, Brenda’s mission is clear: to provide care partners with the support, tools, and advocacy they need to navigate their caregiving journey. Her purpose-driven organization stands as a testament to the transformative power of compassion, experience, and education.
